To gauge how well we are doing and identify areas for improvement, we have been using an employee satisfaction barometer since 2018. The barometer gives us a score for the company’s overall attractiveness based on 17 points. And we are committed to addressing the 4 areas receiving the lowest scores throughout the year.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENTS

“REDUCING OUR INDUSTRY’S CARBON FOOTPRINT”

Our mission at erasch is to help reduce our carbon footprint by streamlining complex hydraulic fittings. In addition to producing more compact hydraulic fittings, erasch also works with a leaner manufacturing process, reducing gas consumption by 50% and the use of flux paste by 33% since 2019. Moreover, manufacturing standards in France play a role in reducing CO2 emissions due to the use of free-cutting steel (500 kg of CO2/t of steel on average in Europe, compared with 900 kg in China) and machining (50 g of CO2/kWh on average in France, compared with 550 g in Europe).
